Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Lansdale

Thank you to Justin Tucker for a 5 star customer service, and always positive with a smile and welcomes. My husband has allergies, especially to down feathers, and Justin had addressed his issues after two nights of not able to breathes. We booked 2 rooms for 6 nights for visiting the in-laws with my parents. We requested no feather rooms on the app, but didn't shared our preference. So after two nights of sinus and medicating my husband, we requested the room to be cleaned and removal of feather material around 0800 the second morning. We got back around 2100 and the room was as we left it. I went down to the front desk and met Justin, he took care of us right away (into a feather free room). And my husband is still sleeping now as I write this review. Marriott, please remove all your feather products at your hotel to the hypoallergenic materials. I think you will save lots of money, easy to wash and launder; and allergenic guest will appreciate it plenty.

Stayed for a softball tournament with other families. Hotel is very nice. Room was spotless and service was excellent. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel in the area.

The staff was amazing all weekend! Rooms were very clean and spacious. The restaurant and bistro inside has great food and service.

First time staying at this Courtyard. I was very pleased. The front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. My check in was quick and friendly. The rooms are very nice, quiet, and well equipped. The pool and gym also looked great although I was not able to take advantage of them this time. It is very conveniently located right off of the NE Extension.

This is a great location and a clean hotel. Quiet with lots of services. Comfortable room, restaurant, pool, and large gym. Will stay here again.

Shout of to Nick at the front desk Thank you so much for loaning me a phone charger two nights! It allowed me to give my full attention to family during a brief visit. We also enjoyed beautiful fall colors from our window. That meant a lot to me and I’d highly recommend the place and staff to anyone passing through. Maybe we’ll see you again one day.

I’ve been a Marriott rewards member for nearly 30 years and have experienced a broad spectrum of service at Marriott properties. I highly recommend this one. Front desk personnel were extremely helpful, room was clean, updated and comfortable and location couldn’t be beat.
